J&J Air Conditioning moved into a new building at the end of 2006
The project started in a metal sided building in a cul-de-sac in San Jose. The existing, antiquated office area was demolished and the "industrial look" office was created. There is minimal use of acoustical tiles in the 2'x2' ceiling grid that floats over some areas in the office. This allows for the exposure of the sock duct work that the client wanted to highlight. The sheet metal accents (walls, pilaster, and cornices) were created by the staff metal worker and are truly the stars of the show.
